Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 24 to 72 business hours after the order is placed. This includes order verification, quality checks, packaging, and preparation for shipment.
Orders placed during weekends, holidays, or high-volume periods may require additional processing time.
Shipping Methods and Rates
We currently offer two international shipping options:
Standard International Shipping

Express Insured International Shipping

Includes insurance and priority handling

Estimated transit time: 5 to 9 business days
Shipping times refer to transit duration after processing, not from the time the order is placed.
Shipping Destinations
We ship internationally to most countries. If your country is not supported or if delivery is not possible, you will be notified and fully refunded.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation including a tracking number. Please allow up to 72 hours for the tracking information to update after dispatch.
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees once they reach your destination country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.
Purivio is not responsible for delays or fees incurred due to customs procedures.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timelines, external factors may occasionally cause delays. These may include, but are not limited to:

Purivio is not liable for any shipping delays once a package has been handed off to the carrier.
Incorrect Addresses and Failed Deliveries
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. Purivio is not responsible for:

Lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information

Packages marked as undeliverable by the shipping carrier

Failed delivery attempts
In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be re-shipped.
Missing or Lost Packages
If your order is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please:

For orders shipped with Express Insured Shipping, replacements or refunds may be issued following carrier investigation.
