Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help—within the boundaries of the policy below. By purchasing from Purivio, you agree to the following terms:

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

  • It must be in the original packaging, with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.

  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

Email us at hello@purivio.store with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is approved:

  • We’ll issue a return authorization.

  • We’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label (if applicable).

  • Return instructions will be provided.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us at hello@purivio.store within 3 days of delivery.

  • Include photos and a description of the issue.

We will work with you to resolve the problem promptly.

Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless damaged or defective upon arrival:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Personal care items (e.g., opened beauty/health products)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids/gases)

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale or discounted

If you're unsure whether your item is eligible, contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item:

  • Initiate a return under this policy.

  • Place a new order for the item you want once your return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Shipping costs (original and return) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Please note: Banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post refunds.

European Union Cooling-Off Period (14 Days)

For customers in the European Union:
You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason, with no justification needed.

To qualify:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

This policy complies with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Important Legal Notice

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.

  • Charge restocking fees in certain cases (e.g., excessive wear or missing components).

  • Update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time, without prior notice, in compliance with applicable laws.
